2. In all seriousness, I liked his interview with Hillary much better than the others
Hillary seemed at ease and the questions were much better overall.

She's still not my choice in the primaries, though.

16. That is because he wasn't playing Gotcha
like Tweety and russett would. He is a decent honorable man and we should let MSNBC know he is held in high esteem by most people.

3. Perhaps it is time...
For us to end it all, en masse? After all, is there anything left to live for?

Oh, take this chalice from my lips...

7. Did I hear correctly?
Did she just claim on KO that she DIDN'T support the war from the begining? I am looking for a transcript.

8. Hillary sees praise in former president George H. W. Bush...
When in "uniting the country together after Katrina"

Heelllo! Bush is an asshole and a war criminal. His wife badmouth the people of New Orleans at the time and his son is a lame duck when it comes to responsibility helping the city.

Hillary is a dim-wit if you ask me.

13. I think she's probably talking about how
Edited on Wed Jan-24-07 09:44 PM by journalist3072
President Clinton and President George H.W. Bush came together to help raise money for Katrina survivors. And I think her point is that that is a good example of how people of different political ideologies can come together for common good.

And I think she's right on that. Just because Clinton and Bush Sr. don't agree on the main issues of the day, is that supposed to preclude them from raising money for victims of Katrina?

19. She didn't. It was his mama that made the lovely remark about how
most of the people who took shelter in the Astrodome were underprivileged anyway, so this was working out well for them.

20. Yes I knew that. It always amazes but never surprises me,
the irony of one calling another a "dim-wit" or such, and

their facts are MIA.

10. I don't remember seeing KO n a one to one interview before. He did really well
asking her good questions.

I love her laugh. She seems to "be at home in her own skin" as the saying goes. I think being in the Senate and being out of her husband's shadow has been good for her.

12. Give me a break
Is Keith Olbermann supposed to get your approval on every interview he conducts?

I think it's a very juvenile attitude to say that a commentator should not be interviewing people that YOU personally do not agree with.

That's George Bush's attitude. He doesn't agree with North Korea and Iran, so he's not going to talk to them.

Hillary Clinton made a very good point about this during her live webcast earlier this evening. She was saying that even during the Cuban Missle Crisis, we were talking to the Soviets.

You don't stop dialoging w/ people simply b/c you disagree with them.
