8. "Neither the Christian Right nor the Moral Majority is either" was my recounting

of a statement I had once heard while in a group employee counseling session at my Federal agency moons ago. Having just been transferred several states away to an office in the bible belt, I hadn't realized just how eaten up most of the employees were with their Christian Right and Moral Majority mores, values, ethos, and stultifying persona which pervaded the office: it was like having gone from a near-heaven experience to a near-hell one. :shrug:
