Hey, John "my friends" McCain, listen up, don't call me your friend.
Dear John,

Just a few reasons off the top of my head that make me think we are not friends. I'll keep it short and simple so you can comprehend.

My Friends think we should support our troops not just work them to death.

My Friends think we should support the GI Bill, not shit on it because we didn't write it.

My Friends think you are a political coward because you would rather run against your friend Hillary than Obama.

My Friends support a womans right to choose and oppose pandering to right wing religious groups.

My Friends oppose preemptive war.

My Friends don't call their wives vulgar offensive names.

My Friends wouldn't get caught dead with Joe LIEberman.

My Friends would not hug George Bush.

My Friends think the only 100 year war that should exist is the one in the history books.

My Friends think we should stop corporate welfare.

My Friends think we need to revisit our trade agreements.

My Friends think the farm bill should be written for farmers not corporations and investors, and should include ways to pay for it in the bill. ( your friend George is rumored to promise to veto it if such a practical provision is included.)

My Friends think we should end the war In Iraq, raise taxes on the wealthiest, pay down our debt, act responsible to our children and grandchildren, educate ALL our children, repair our infrastructure, stop price gouging oil and energy corporations and make them finance a new carbon neutral energy policy.

So the next time you make a speech you want me to listen to, don't refer to me as your friend, you do not qualify to be my friend, because friendship is a 2 way street.

Sincerely, DB1
