My apologies to the pope - in advance.
I am not a Catholic, and not particurlarly religious, but in view of the fact the leader of the Catholic church will be in the company of the biggest buffoon on the face of the earth tomorrow makes me want to say in advance I'm sorry for whatever he does to embarrass this country of ours. I hope the pope will understand this ill-bred jerk does not typlify Americans as a whole.

.....And you just know Bush will do something inappropriate or stupid in his presence.

5. Yes, * will probably embarrass himself -- and us.
I am a Catholic, and I don't think I'll be able to bear to watch * and the Holy Father on my TV screen at the same time. But I'm sure the Pope is smart enough to be aware of how unpopular * is among Americans, both Catholic and non-Catholic.

7. Pope said; "Oh no! He's even dumber than I thought!"

They've met before and Pope Nazi didn't seem to mind that * and his monkey wife were
in his presence. They agreed on all the fundie talking points except the War ON Iraq.

---------

Jun 9, 2007 ...

President Bush has his first meeting with Pope Benedict XVI.
At the Vatican, the two discuss the war in Iraq, the US humanitarian record, :puke:

8. Maybe W will give him a neck rub...
And the Pope will think he's... gulp... gay! That would rule!

Except now I feel badly for any remaining gay Catholics. It's hard to shake the religion one was raised with, even when the leader of said religion bites you in the ass.
