4. The scene with the plate of glass
is just too funny and absolutely classic. One of the American Film Institutes 100 greatest comedies.

10. That was filmed on Anza near 23rd.
The whole chase scene is epic.

The costume shop where Judy and Howard crash the delivery bike is really a bar.
I used to drink there.

6. I am not "a" Eunice Burns, I am THE Eunice Burns!

But my favorite quote from "What's Up Doc?" is an exchange between Judy Maxwell and Hugh Simon:

Judy: Has anyone ever told you that you are very, very sexy?
Hugh: Well, actually no.
Judy: They never will.

9. LOL!
This is great. I rarely meet anyone who talks about this movie.

I watched it when I was 8, and I thought it was hysterical then.

My favorite scene:

Eunice: "What is that? Is that a bubble bath? Since when do you take bubble baths?"

Howard: It came out of the faucet that way, Eunice.

LOL! Kills me every time.

The scene at the table, with Howard trying to figure out what to do with Judy--knowing that
Eunice is on her way down--just priceless.
