AP on the Protest March
According to the Associated Press, the Organizers of the March have chartered some buses and thousands of people are expected.

It seems the AP are already trying to downplay the numbers, there is NO WAY they are going to admit the real numbers.

3. I'm taking my camera and hope to get up high to take pictures of
the crowd.

I have a lightweight telescoping pole for my flag, so maybe I can get my camera on it and take some crowd shots.

9. I agree with the poster who said how can be downplaying the numbers, as it hasn't happened yet
but I do have one criticism of the article. The article states they have been only two demonstrations which "rivaled" Viet Nam era numbers the one on the eve of invasion and the one at the RNC. They than go on to give numbers from Viet Nam era demonstrations of 250,000. That implies that only the the demonstrations of the eve of the Iraq Invasion and at the RNC had numbers in the hundreds of thousands which must DUers know is clearly not true. I was at the September 05 March in Washington and there was at least 250,000.

However, it is nice to be getting any press for the march.
