Anybody see McCain on NBC News?
IN Memphis for MLK. He was barely audible above the speech given in the background. Did manage to let us know he was in a Hanoi prison when MLK was killed.
The whole thing was a bit surreal.

3. The ole man is beating both of our candidates in the polls right now.
Underestimation of McCain will be our downfall. Also, if our fight continues to Denver.. That man will be the next president.. bank on that..

4. The ONLY way we can win this is to dump both the mediocre candidates we have now

13. Don't worry about it
Obama is going to wipe the floor with McCain. McCain is barely coherent, his own party hates him, and he's raising money at 25% the pace of either of the Democrats.

Hillary would be a special case, though, if she got the nomination then McCain would have a chance. There are so many people that simply despise her and would do anything to make sure they didn't have to hear her voice for another 4-8 years.

16. if they do, get ready for the Supreme Court to turn way to the right.
why can't people look further into what the implications would be if McBush gets in. Again, if they want more of the same policies and wars, tax cuts to the rich, and our isolation in the world get worse that is pure ignorance.

9. Not Presidential Material
Right own! Just because he was a POW does not make him qualified to be the leader of this country. Can you imagine having to listen to him for 4 years? He's been in Washinton too long, he needs to go home.

8. And I think he poisoned the iced cherries that President Taylor ate
He also remembers mourning our first president to die in office, the honorable William Henry Harrison. McCain said he was proud to call Harrison "my friend."

10. One scary dude
All you have to do is watch him for a little while to see, it's so obvious the man is not all there.

11. I could not believe thw way Brian Williams set him up.
He asked "What were you doing on this day 40 years ago" Like he did not know that McCain was in a prison camp at the time. I could not reach for the remote fast enough to turn the TV off.
