Madison, the Constitution and slavery
James Madison, called the "father of the Constitution" was the fourth president of the USA.He wrote the Bill of Rights and pressed hard to get it accepted. There was a show on CBS this morning about him and the restoration of his beautiful home Montpelier. But on his huge estate there is a large slave graveyard. The man who championed freedom and the rights of man, denied those rights to his slaves. I relate this in light of the dust-up over Pastor Wright. Discrimination isn't over yet.

1. Wife & I went to a church with a homosexual pastor
and oddly we are still straight.
I worry much more about McCain selling his soul to have Hagee and Parsley say a good word about him. In that case McCain is basically a prostitute and willing to do what they want for a price.
