Gag me. Bush III is on 60 Minutes.
I hate McCain more every time I hear him talk. Phony. Panderer. This is a fluff piece -- I hope our nominee gets the same treatment. :sarcasm:

1. picture
Isn't that the most sickening picture you have seen. I used to admire some things about McCain until he started flip flopping on every good thing he had done (campaign reform, tax cuts to the rich, immigration reform) I think that this picture is enough to get him defeated. Put it on the front page of every paper once a week for the rest of the campaign
season. It speaks volumes about the man. It would be a lot cheaper than tv commercials.

3. so did I....
Wasn't that amazing? His only answer to the economy was that 'these are tough times'. Well, that was profound. I can't believe this was the best the Republican party could come up with...or hell, maybe I can believe it.

4. Hard to hear from someone married to the Hensley's
That's the Budweiser distributor in Phoenix = megabucks. It's safe to say, his house isn't in danger of being repossessed but he may lose his job.

5. My sister saw him in person at her job, and said he looked extremely frail
She said that he looks much better on tv than in person.

Her tinfoil hat theory: McCain's VP is who the goppers really want in office, because McCain is unlikely to live through his first term.

6. In that case, we have to carefully watch
who is chosen as Vice President on that ticket.

7. If Obama is our nominee, I think they'll pick Condi
Just being perverse, but wouldn't it be great if they chose Ricky Santorum? :puke:

...to do something that arrogant.

Hmmm... Huckabee? I really have no clue to who there VP will be.
