10. The "guy with T-Shirt that says NELLA...what does that mean? I Googled and got a Rock Band

but it was so important to the videographers that they case a character in a T-Shirt with those letters that I'm "Clueless" even when I GOOGLE NELLA ...I only get a "Rock Band" and other obscure references.
