Buchanan on MSNBC talking about "hot-headed" McCain. .

They viewed the clip that's been around this week with the exchange between a reporter & McCain about the "VP call" between him & Kerry. . . He got pretty snippy with her, but Buchanan (&the other repug talker) said "That's Nothing!..You should see him when he gets like Vesuvius ask Cornyn about it (chuckle, chuckle)

There is fodder here. He needs to blow his top on camera, JUST ONCE and it's all over for him. We already know that there are military men who don't like the idea of this guy's finger on the trigger.

1. Maybe I can see ol' Pat and McCain not being pals. They don't strike me

as the sort of personalities that would gravitate toward each other.

It's likely good our our side if a well-spoken nutcase like Pat opposes the party's nominee as we move toward November.

2. He's not likely to oppose McCain publicly. What we need is for

someone to needle this guy (maybe about Cindy's theft & drug use) enough to get him to really pop off. I understand that his explosions are unnerving..

3. I can see going easy on Cindy. If I were married to John McCain, I'd be

lying in a gutter with three dozen needles in my veins, no question.

McCain -- and this is a non-partisan observation -- does not look especially healthy. Not to put too fine a point on it, I'm not sure the stamina is there for a many-month campaign.

Politically, he's appalling in the first place, but I really think his physician needs to sit the man down for a little chat.

want to piss off a person that carries a scalpel to work, but when McCain realizes that he won't be President because of health reasons, he's bound to fly off the handle. Curse the doctor, or God?
