Poll question: Was he under the influence of alcohol?
Honest question for everyone who watched the press conference, or enough of it to form an opinion.

1. I think Babs dropped him on his head too many times...

2. That, and...
twenty years of alcoholic hard drinking has pickled his brain on top of that.

He sure makes me proud to be an American (/me takes another shot...)

5. He actually used to be a lot more coherent..
he used to just be an asshole instead of a stupid asshole. He just gets worse. Something else is going on. He's in the last throws of dementia.

10. I'd have to sprout an antenna from my sphincter to be on his wavelength.
honestly though I'm guessing his medications were starting to kick and he could have used a shot to temper his agitation.

7. My guess is he's medicated to within an inch of unconsciousness.
It's the only way they can stop him from playing with himself in public.
