So, where do they come from?

I tried google. Tons of places sell them. Buy 'em for as little as $.40 each. But none of the merchants I visited say where they come from.

I'm guessing that at forty cents each, these flags ain't made in Philadelphia or Flint or Cleveland or Milwaukee.
