(February 7, 2008) - Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) scored another victory when his language reauthorizing the Underground Railroad Educational and Cultural Program was included in H.R. 4137, The College Opportunity and Affordability Act, which passed the House of Representatives today with overwhelming bipartisan support.
