Cheney has the plan Saddam Hussein used to invade Iran
The Bernard Lewis Plan was created by the British in 1950 and given to Saddam Hussein in 1980 during the Reagan administration when Rumsfeld and Cheney were Saddam's handlers. Because Hussein used this plan to invade the Oil region or Iran, Khuzestan, its flaws have been identified and amended.
