Last night...
Edited on Tue Feb-05-08 11:59 AM by ingac70
I was driving home and saw a frog hopping across the highway.

This is in Tennessee.. the temp last night was 70 degrees. Just 4 days ago it was in the 20's.

Now, we've always had wild swings in temp here in TN in the winter, but this is the first time I have ever seen a frog in February!

--------
Oh, and global warming is a myth. :sarcasm:

3. I'm in Wisconsin, and we are getting another 10-14 inches of
snow today and tomorrow. We have had so much snow this past few weeks. We had a break inbetween with 50 degrees that melted all of it. That poor frog. We are all trying to stay ahead of the changes.

6. Poor frog, indeed....
at least we have heated and cooled homes.

Seeing a confused animal like that really has me concerned.

4. "Global Warming" does not equal "weather"
The problem is overall climate change. Most of the temperature changes will occur at the poles and will affect the climate all over the world. It's likely some places will even have colder overall weather -- for instance you may see more and more winters with snow farther and farther south.........

5. Here is my concern...
Like I said in my post, we've always had wild temp swings in the winter here in TN. One day it is in single digits, 2-3 days later you can wear a t-shirt and shorts and run around outside like that all day.

My concern is seeing a frog. That is an indication of something amiss, especially since the temps were so cold just a few days prior.
