4. He hasn't been there long enough to "forget" everything... so...
I'm guessing it will all be "I'll have to look that up and get back to you". . and "I can't answer because there's an internal investigation that I don't want to compromise"

What else can he say?

answer IF water-boarding is torture)

"I understand the strong interest in this question, but I do not think it would be responsible for me, as attorney general, to provide an answer."

So the chief law enforcement officer of the US doesn't feel it would be responsible to call torture torture

edit to get correct quote

8. They just said on Washington Journal that this will be heavy on Waterboarding
They are not satisfied with Mukasey's answer to their previous questions.

11. Mukasey claims he doesn't have to rule on legality of waterboarding
because it's not being used anymore.

13. When did he say that?
I never heard that lame excuse, not that I doubt he's used it.

Please, Dem Senators, grill him tirelessly on Cheney's missing e-mails. There was a court order he clearly violated - don't let Monkeysey off the hook!
