Should Al Gore attempt to play kingmaker in the nomination process?
Maybe he believes that either one will be equally proactive in stopping global warming.

2. That is an interesting question.
I think he might be tempted by the convention to play kingmaker, if anyone needs one.

So far he has been pretty circumspect.

4. Is Endorsement = Kingmaker?
He's cretainly entitled to endorse someone. I expect that he will before super-duper Tuesday.

6. I think there are a lot of people who wouldn't
be as blown away by a Gore endorsement as there are on DU. I could be wrong, but some don't even agree with his opinion on our complicity to endanger our planet.

7. Either one? Which of them is the "greenest" candidate?
I also don't think Gore would be so one dimensional. I mean, he'd have to consider policy and experience and not being bought and paid for.

Who Would Gore Endorse?

None of he above, methinks.

9. To quote Earl Butz: "He no play-a the game...
...he no make-a the rules."

Gore kept people on tenterhooks about running. And frankly, I was interested to see if he would finally commit. But at last, he decided that the Democratic Party was not about to anoint him Pope, and he finally said he would not be a candidate.

His support for one candidate would be like getting the endorsement of Hannah Montana. Interesting, but not likely to swing a lot of people's support.
