2. Dana Milbank (?) said pretty much the same thing on Olbermann
last night. I won't count him out until he wants out. A good showing here could propel him to the western states. Hang in John.

4. Yes, he needs to keep it simple and powerful....
Like his health care plan, and paying for it by the rich groups. Let HRC and Obama slug it out against each other. Their staffs are digging for dirt right now, so let them dish it out, and stay positive and basic.

8. It's our horrid system and the way media clearly shapes the choices
Edited on Sat Jan-12-08 07:58 AM by deacon
evidence being how dk and paul just get bumped for no good reason for debates.

And then they pretend they are objective...their power in forcing their choices on us is extremely distubing...i'm for edwards and want him to win, but taking a step back and seeing how this election is being formulated and shoved in our faces is not a pretty thing to witness.

9. Timing
is everything. This will provide people a fresh opportunity to hear John Edwards' message. I think that he will have his best debate performance on Tuesday.

10. Depends on the format of the debate and who is moderating
They have shut other candidates out by not giving them as many questions or simply not going to them for responses.
Now that there are fewer candidates, it should be obvious if they do that but yet it is still possible.

One thing is that John is good and overcoming these situations.

11. Anyone know how many of the remaining candidates will be there?
I assume Gravel will be excluded...is Kucinich being excluded as well?

If it's down to just the 3, it should give each of them - including Edwards - more time to talk. Not that I'm in favor of blocking Kucinich and Gravel, of course.
