2. Here's my plan for Iraq

And I think it sounds OK...so if I can come up with this, even tho the "deciders" wouldn't choose it, why couldn't they come up with their own.

First divide Iraq into three parts like our states. One state for each faction of the Iraqi groups.

Second elect a PM, governor or what ever you could call them.

Third you can have them govern in a sort of committee - contrary to the sneerer cheney.

Take the oil fields and nationalize them. The proceeds to goto the Iraqi people.

Use the money to hire Iraqi, to do the job of rebuilding. Building electricty plants, roads, water etc. Of course Americans or other people could assist and train them.

That way the American troops could be moved out leaving just enough to be goto's for assistance.
