I'm staying. I don't really care how much that statement pisses you off, but I'm here to stay.

Part of politics is flinging mud, insults and the downright stupid comments that go back and forth.

My hide is tough. There are people (including myself) that say some of the most moronic things.

but hey, we are all passionate about politics and our nation.

I have seen so many of the, "that's it, I can't take it anymore, I'm leaving for good" posts. I myself have thought from time to time about leaving, and giving the old, "I've had it", speech. But, like everyone that has written that grand kiss off speech, they eventually come back.

Sort of like that line in the Godfather, "just when I thought I was out, they suck me back in". LOL

I get frustrated, pissed off and a bit crazed at times, but in the end, frankly, this is the only place I can express my frustration, pissed off-ness and crazy opinions. :) And if I said half of what I write on here out in public, I would be in a loony bin right now.

So thanks DU and all the other frustrated, pissed off crazed individuals on here.

I'm staying and that's that. If you don't like it, well that's just tough darts.

In the mean time, to all the mud slingers on here, keep it up, that's what makes this political season interesting. It's a fine american tradition. LOL

I too get annoyed/pissed off/disgusted with some of the candidate-bashing posts around primary time. I mean, hello! They're ALL democrats, after all. They all have both pluses and minuses, but at the end of the day, they're exponentially better than Repukes.

So, I check back in, ignore the stuff that raises my blood pressure, and occasionally comment somewhere. (But, not often... I've been here since the beginning (well, April, 2001), but still only have about 4,000 posts.)

But, I must take exception to your claim about your candidate. Mine's WAAAAAYYYYYYYYY better than yours. Or will be, as soon as I decide on one.
