I have no connection to the game, was just thinking of ordering one and wanted to know if my fellow DUers had any experience with it.

WAR ON TERROR, THE BOARDGAME: It's got suicide bombers, political kidnaps and intercontinental war. It's got filthy propaganda, rampant paranoia and secret treaties and the Axis of Evil is a spinner in the middle of the board.

You can fight terrorism, you can fund terrorism, you can even be the terrorists. The only thing that matters is global domination - err, liberation. Read more about the game.

1. It's great fun.
I got it for my brother in law for Christmas. I'm not a huge fan of board games, but this one is very clever!

(Disclaimer: I happen to know one of the guys who worked on it.)

(see post #4 below) - is there a way to win?

No matter. The reviews and site look very promising.

TX again.

3. Hmmm.........
Having run a game store for 18 years (1983 - 2001). One that sold role playing, card games and historical games (war games). I am pretty sure that this one wouldn't get on my shelf. Just going by the web page, it looks pretty bad, from a component aspect and certainly the topic.
