Edited on Wed Jan-09-08 10:43 AM by in_cog_ni_to
were so WRONG. He couldn't even find it in himself to act unbiased. He was obviously PISSED OFF THAT HILLARY WON.:rofl::rofl::rofl: THAT, IMCPO, was the best freakin' thing in the world to see. THAT was the best thing about Hillary's win. He did everything he could to take her down. For months and months and months he trashed her....and he FAILED.

Not only that, the repukes are foaming at the mouth this morning. Did you watch C-SPAN? Oh yes. They were all calling in and throwing out the usual bullshit about Monica, Hsu, all the Chinese in the Clinton administration, Sandy Berger, the Clinton's marriage....they tossed it ALL out there this morning. The same old SHIT they throw out any time the subject is Hill and Bill. Hillary is my last choice for President, but I must say.....just for entertainment purposes, she'll be great. I'm pretty psyched that a woman actually won a primary though. That's pretty damn cool...even if it is Hill. Better Hill than CondiLIAR!

Just watching Tweety today will be GREAT TeeVee, don'tcha think? Will the smoke be coming out of both ears and the top of his head, or just both ears?

26. LMAO! He was spitting all over the desk, wonder if KO got spit on?
THAT made it all worthwhile! Watching Tweety squirm! You just KNOW he wanted to run out into the street screaming. He was squirming the whole time sitting there, coming up with ANY reason not to call it for Hillary. His maniacal Clinton hatred was foaming and bubbling for hours and I only stuck with MSNBC with popcorn in hand and a giggle on my lips (which actually evolved into maniacal laughter) to actually watch him implode.

I actually almost had a cerebral hemorrhage myself when he started waxing poetic about how the Obamas look just like Jack and Jackie Kennedy (insert Tweety sigh). My husband and I laughed so hard, it almost required the Heimlich maneuver (the popcorn, you see).

He better stock up on Pepto and Immodium.

27. LOL, I watched when only 15 to 17% of the votes were counted. Hill had a 3300 lead
then, ever so slowly...the count went up and Hills lead went escalater...up and down....down all the way to 2200...at that time, it was about 30% of the vote....Tweety was saying those colleges will pull Obama through...and so they wouldn't call it Hillary...until she went upwards instead of downward.....No choice but to call it for her when the vote count reached 60% 70% and Hill still maintained a 5000 vote lead...

Tweety was CRUSHED....spittle cups had to be rushed to him...

2. oh yeah,I was stunned by his reaction.
After she proved him wrong last night I was thinking...Would it not be JUST that Hillary herself was the one to come in and BITCH SLAP Republicans in 2009....wouldn't that just be the most perfect thing!????I mean the woman has been anhilated by them! She has suffered their abuse for decades now!How JUST would it be that SHE be the one...

In any case,YES!Watching Chris last night was entertainment at its finest.

11. Ha,I laughed outloud with that little exchange.
Hillary is tough and when he came face to face with her?Hillary nailed him. He's all about being right though. He prides himself on predicting elections.I think he's even won an award for it.So while he does hate her and it IS about that his reaction last night was also about his own ego.

14. The, uh, "bitch slapping" won't end on the day of inauguration.
The nominee is the one I'll vote for in the general, yadayadaya...

Nevertheless, I'm not looking forward to monica/travelgate/Whitewater/Hsu/Vince Foster politics v2.0

When you think about it, it's amazing that anything got done in the '90's, with the incessant focus on the trivial and fabricated.

The GOP is ready for a Hillary candidacy. They're ready for a Hillary presidency. I want 'em on their heels instead - unprepared for an Edwards presidency.

16. Yeah I know and
I completley agree BUT the difference this time will be we own the WhiteHouse, congress and all.BIG difference. And with the sheer volume of people out voting for Democrats I have no doubt that we will indeed own the W.H. in 09.

There is no way they will be able to do to Hillary what they did to Bill back in the day.

In 1992 people were very frustrated with the other George Bush too, but the press wasn't as biased.

5. Despite Tweety's exploding head, maybe he can learn something
Polls (non exit polls, that is) are about as reliable as goat entrails for predicting elections. The networks would be well advised to stick to a few man on the street interviews and leave the false prognostication to astrologers.

7. An important point therein
Is that the silly Lewinsky/Whitewater/yadda yadda crap is all they've got, and it will just not sell except to the crowd that would never vote Dem anyway. In this case the idiot level American Idol voter is a good thing - because the masses crave novelty above all. The smear machine has shot its wad long long ago about HRC, and unless they come up with new stuff (sure - they are masters of restraint and have been sitting on documented proof of lesbian Satanic child sacrifice for 15 years saving it for this moment) it's not going to sway anyone who isn't already pre-swayed.

ever since the Clinton Administration rejected his application over a job in the White House (so say the rumors).

Fuck him if he can't get over it and move on.

18. This morning he was on with Scarborough, and was...
very obviously 'out of sorts'. He made the comment that the only reason Hillary is a candidate and won the NY senate seat is because Bill cheated on her. ... or words close to that. Everyone else sat there not knowing how to respond so he became even more disgruntled and muttered more bs about how it was true. I hope there's a video of this somewhere. Tweety's been outed!!

He bent over backwards to accommodate Bushco's Ohio theft so why should he respect exit polls here.

29. Keith O wasn't much better last night, he too was pissed
and a little snit-ish. I've thought for some time that KO is just a little too cute-sy for his own good. Like the good looking guy in high school who acted nice but then seemed to take great pleasure in making fun of those not in his realm. KO may have the most viewers outside of Fox on cable (not sure he does but close) but he still only gets one-half to about 800,000 views per night. In a country of 300 million, they are NOT the trend setters they think they are.

It is sort of fun to watch though. This from TPM said it well:

"Based on what I was feeling, there were two turning points for Clinton in the past week. One was a report that people were chanting "Iron my shirt" at her during a rally. The other was John Edwards' idiotic statements about Clinton tearing up at an event. Mix that in with the subtle media digs at Clinton's gender in recent months (descrptions of what she's wearing, how she "emasculates" men, etc.), and I think you had a tremendous push back from women, and men, who are tired of the misogyny underlying this campaign. It swayed me toward Clinton the past few days, even as I cheered for an Obama coronation."
