3. Mark Twain had a few things to say about congress.
"All Congresses and Parliaments have a kindly feeling for idiots, and a compassion for them, on account of personal experience and heredity."

"History has tried to teach us that we can't have good government under politicians. Now, to go and stick one at the very head of government couldn’t be wise."

"Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself."

"It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress."

"I think I can say, and say with pride, that we have some legislatures that bring in higher prices than any in the world."

"Senator: Person who makes laws in Washington when not doing time."

"To my mind Judas Iscariot was nothing but a low, mean, premature Congressman."

"No one's life, liberty, or property is safe while the legislature is in session."

9. well
The minority has been the most obstructionist in American history, basically holding the back of one of the most unpopular presidents in history. So yeah I feel safe in a disapprove vote.

14. Disapprove
I disapprove of the Republican obstructionists. There is no bipartisanship, and there won't be as long as this bunch of neocons are in office who don't care that over half of the people want something other than what they want. When extremists are elected to office this is what you get.
