http://www.dailyherald.com/story/?id=104361&src=College students: Listen up! The deadline to register to vote in the Feb. 5 primary election is Jan. 8.Now that many college students are home for winter break, this is a wonderful opportunity to register to vote
in order to have a voice in the upcoming elections. Even if you are away at college,
once you are registered, you may request an absentee ballot for the February election.
There are several places where you can get this done.
For those in DuPage County, visit
http://www.dupageelections.com for more information
and a list of specific places where you can go to register to vote, or you can pull up a mail-in form from that site.
For voter registration information outside DuPage County, and for other related election details, another excellent
site is

Give yourself a present for the holidays: a voter ID and a voice in your government!
