Bet it sucks to be a policy maker in India this morning
Talk about high alert. As I recall Pakistan was suspected to have about 40 nuclear weapons. I also understand that they are well guarded but if serious civil strife or even a civil war breaks out to the west what could India do other than prepare for its own self protection?

This could get real real bad in a hurry and we have very little leverage to do anything at all to calm it down. In fact this could be the test that shows we are no longer a superpower.
