8. NOLA has completely disappeared from the media's radar screen.
But Jamie Spears is pregnant, so I guess I can understand.

16. I see that. Thank god they're letting a spokesperson for THE GROUP
talk and dispel the MSM Spin they're trying so hard to put on this. Yet another national disgrace.

25. Right, or at least chicken soup and some antibiotics. This is just pampering he's getting.
Sorry for anyone who's now stuck with the image of Giuliani in Pampers in their minds.

10. The media, for some unfathomable reason, routinely reports
Edited on Thu Dec-20-07 04:01 PM by kestrel91316
gastrointestinal symptoms (typically food poisoning, lol) as "flu-like symptoms". This contributes to the gross misconception that the public has about what the flu even is.

Influenza is a respiratory disease. NOT a gastrointestinal disease.

Can you tell this is a pet peeve of mine?

If he had any sort of upset stomach it should be reported as "food-poisoning-like" symptoms.

But that would make way too much sense.
