I'm sure no one is surprised that he's endorsing a Repub,
but why THIS Repub? McCain has no chance, none at all...
and Traitorman knows it.

So what's up with this?

3. I think they were both fighting over who can get his nose farther up Bush's anus
and along the way they fell in love.

This is the second time today that I have referenced Bush's anus. Deepest apologies to the DU world.

He should support whoever wins the Republican primary.

6. I still can't fathom what Al Gore was thinking
when he chose him as running mate.

I wonder if he will be keynoting the Repuke convention this time around, and if so, will he challenge Tweety to a duel?

I wonder how many of the national "big name" Democrats
are still glad they supported this asshole in favor of
the *NOMINATED DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE FOR U.S. SENATE*

Didn't they do a swell job???

After all, she is pretty far right.

19. They supported him in the primary
but not after Lamont got the nomination. To be fair, many national Democrats whom I otherwise admire supported Lieberman in the CT senate primary, including Obama and Boxer.

And, it still smells as bad as it ever did.

After all Mark Penn ran his 2004 campaign and argued why he was clearly the right choice.

22. Possibly it's part of an independent ticket gambit.
I still think we're going to see some kind of 3rd party or independent ticket formed for '08. Maybe ole Joe thinks that there is a possibility of a McCain/Lieberman coalition.

Just an idea.
