Stocks Sink on Inflation News

Stocks were broadly lower Friday afternoon in slow trading. Data showing a large amount of inflation, along with surprising growth in the industrial sector, were making life difficult for the Federal Reserve and investors heading into the holidays, says S&P MarketScope.
Shares of financial giant Citigroup (C) fell on news that the company is bailing out seven affiliated investment entities known as structured investment vehicles (SIVs), and on a Moody's Investors Service downgrade of Citi's debt rating.

Wow,remember the 1970's?
No one could figure out if the economy was coming or going and no one including the Federal Reserve could figure out what to do...
Polyester leisure suits and Disco were born out of that confusion...
My advice? Start a fund to buy a natural fiber suit and get one while they are still available.
This is critical! If the inflation or the new replacement for Disco kills you, you don't want to spend eternity laid out in polyester.

Actually, I really liked Disco. I just loved the BeeGees.
BTW, did you see John Travolta on GMA today? They showed clips from Saturday Night Fever. My god, what a dancer he was!

I know this sounds strange but my musical taste, apart from the BeeGees is all classical music and opera. Maybe it is the opera part that makes the BeeGees so appealing to me. A bit of theatricality, perhaps.
Why did you throw eggs at the BeeGees?
