there is a huge and vast difference between Bill Clinton's laugh, which is (was) in part a laugh at himself, which showed some modicum of modesty, and the cackle of Dickwad Cheney and Bush's purely vicious chuckle. A WORLD of difference in how they see themselves and how they relate to others. I like Jon Stewart imitating Cheney as sort of the Penguin from Batman--same ruthlessness, same lack of conscience.
