Something like $50 billion instead of the $200 billion he asked for!

I don't have a link. Just heard this on Hartmann's show from that WH reporter he always has on.

Nobody is quite sure why he's apparently compromising!

Edit: The reporter's name is Ellen Radner. Sorry I couldn't think of it at the time of the post.

he is a classic schoolyard bully and when it started to look like he was going to get his hand forced - have to maake good on his threats to start starving the troops - he drew another line in the sand with his toe and says "now I dare you to step over THAT line!"
