Scott Horton UPDATES Siegelman Case: "Significant" New Evidence "Will Link Rove"

For those of you who missed last night’s segment on MSNBC with Dan Abrams, here it is. As Abrams said, the prosecutors have had a pass on their completely outrageous conduct for far too long, and now it’s time for the mainstream media to keep on top of them and expose the extremely seedy underside of a political hit job. The story is coming out.

I am hearing from three different news groups suggestions that each is close to breaking a significant further lead in this case. The new information, it was suggested, will show that prosecutors in the case used evidence that they knew, or had substantial reason to know, was simply false, and will link Karl Rove much more closely to Alabama Governor Bob Riley and to the plans to “get” Siegelman using a false corruption charge. The journalists in question are pushing for further corroboration before going with these stories, but I am still expecting more by the end of the year.

Another thing I keep hearing from the network folks who have researched the case: what’s up with these two Alabama newspapers? Their coverage is absolutely bizarre. As if they existed in some alternate reality. Exactly.

We also need an investigation into Rove's 2002 FL Panhandle beach property financing.

(Why? Because Rove took out a mortgage/million dollar line of credit on this property in late November of 2002, during the time of Governor Siegelman's election. Was this $1Million line of credit drawn down during that period? *Payoffs* might be a good bet, if so.)

in AL. He spoke out against lynching. He was (literally) run out of

no word yet there... My wife Interviewed Don and his computer guru a few years back, and between all of us we can PROVE that the Election was STOLEN by Riley in the dead if night, when ALL election officials, the Media, and witnesses were locked out of the Baldwin County Courthouse, and Riley and his thugs pulled the Primordial Electronic theft of the Election..

They PHYSICALLY Moved 3000 votes from Siegelmans column to Rileys while claiming a lightning strike caused it.. There's only one Problem, there are'nt that many Voters living in that Precinct!! Don explains ALL in this footage and points a finger directly at KKKarl Rove..

If 60 Minutes doesn't pick up on this blockbuster footage they're nuts. And most people are ignoring this THEFT of the Election while they talk about the Jailing, it is ALL connected, Rove pulled it all... WHO do you think KNOWS HOW to Steal an Election?

Interestingly enough, I was Jailed MYSELF in that Exact courthouse while filming there from Hawaii, making a film about Electronic Voting and FRAUD.. Took my case all the way to the AL Supreme Court, who refused to hear it, and screwed me.. That's KKKarl Rove's Supreme Court, ya'll

Spent 20 days in their GreyBar Hotel, a jail that has been compared to a South African Prison by Congress, itself..

I wonder if we shouldn't contact Dan Abrams, but I worry that his viewership may be too small, though I have to admit, the son of a bitch is all right, he's got guts...

Any ideas here on who's the best to Contact? The Harpers fellow? CBS? ABC? Write a splashy Blog story and run the footage on our site at Takebackthemedia.com? We used to have some clout on the web, but we've been off making films and let the site slide.. But we still want to get the word out, AND Don Siegelman out, dammit, the man was Railroaded, just like I was down there, and a Hell of a nice guy!!
