Scott Horton UPDATES Siegelman Case: "Significant" New Evidence "Will Link Rove"

Siegelman Update
DEPARTMENT No Comment
BY Scott Horton
PUBLISHED December 14, 2007

For those of you who missed last nights segment on MSNBC with Dan Abrams, here it is. As Abrams said, the prosecutors have had a pass on their completely outrageous conduct for far too long, and now its time for the mainstream media to keep on top of them and expose the extremely seedy underside of a political hit job. The story is coming out.

I am hearing from three different news groups suggestions that each is close to breaking a significant further lead in this case. The new information, it was suggested, will show that prosecutors in the case used evidence that they knew, or had substantial reason to know, was simply false, and will link Karl Rove much more closely to Alabama Governor Bob Riley and to the plans to get Siegelman using a false corruption charge. The journalists in question are pushing for further corroboration before going with these stories, but I am still expecting more by the end of the year.

Another thing I keep hearing from the network folks who have researched the case: whats up with these two Alabama newspapers? Their coverage is absolutely bizarre. As if they existed in some alternate reality. Exactly.

1. Problem is that Rove has an ace up his sleeve -- Pres Bush
who will pardon him.

5. NOT if you drag the case out until Jan. 2009. Can he pre- Pardon a conviction?
"Just in case KKKRove should be convicted for any crime whatsoever, I hereby Pardon him." There may be a signing statement for that in those 1100 signing statements, I suppose. :(

6. That's basically what Ford did for Nixon.
"Now, therefore, I, Gerald R. Ford, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from July (January) 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974."

...no reason to think that the spawn of that devious bastard would do anything different...

4. OK, but the big question on this is whether or not the Dems will act on this information?
Judging from their past performance, I seriously doubt it.

12. It's ALL about covering up ELECTION FRAUD in 2002 and 2004. Wake UP Dem PARTY!
They messed with Siegelman to divert election fraud in HIS 2002 race and their theft of 2004.

Remember Bush's IMPROBABLE popular vote all over the country when exit polls showed Kerry won by about 5%?

13. We look forward to exposing Rove's role in the political prosecution of Governor Siegelman.
It is very close now, according to Scott Horton at Harper's.

Much useful info here:

Three (3) Easy Options for getting up to speed on the Don Siegelman Case

Scott Horton: Updates on Americas Most Prominent Political Prisoner (Siegelman)

'..... a Republican judge would hang Don Siegelman, ' according to Karl's plan.

We also need an investigation into Rove's 2002 FL Panhandle beach property financing.

(Why? Because Rove took out a mortgage/million dollar line of credit on this property in late November of 2002, during the time of Governor Siegelman's election. Was this $1Million line of credit drawn down during that period? *Payoffs* might be a good bet, if so.)

23. Rove (son of a Nazi) would make sure "hang" Siegelman (who is Jewish related) in AL
Edited on Sat Dec-15-07 06:58 AM by Leopolds Ghost
Just to prove the point that Alabama is "White Power" territory.

Which is what the Southern Republican Party is really about.....

Let me be clear, it's NOT just that he was an elected Democrat.

These people are NEO-NAZI THUGS.

On Edit: OK, some more info:

"Siegelman's popularity in Alabama has earned him the honor of being the only politician on record to have held the top four offices in Alabama: Governor (1999-2003); Lieutenant Governor (1995-99); Attorney General (1987-91); Secretary of State (1979-87).

His only weakness as a politicians is that he has a passion for the working class, the poor, and the senor citizens.

Elected officials of the GOP have spent millions of dollars of state and federal dollars to eliminate Don Siegelman. They want him out of politics, because he is honest, can't be bought, won't be part of corrupt government and popular with the blacks and whites alike."

"Siegelman is married to Lori Allen, and they have two children, Dana and Joseph. Siegelman was raised Catholic, and his wife Lori is Jewish; they raised their children Jewish. Joseph had a bar mitzvah, and Dana had a bat mitzvah at Montgomery's Conservative congregation, Agudath Israel."

With a resume like that, in the state of AL, I'm amazed he's still alive.

He could well be tied in with big business corruption -- the most
liberal elected official in AL is probably more conservative than
the most right-wing in a state like Maryland.

A friend of mine had a (Jewish) grandfather who was a newspaper editor
in AL. He spoke out against lynching. He was (literally) run out of
town for fear of his health and safety.

14. Think fixing the election and ABRAMOFF. There was illegal campaign funding
and votes were switched late in the night, altering the election outcome.

This issue may finally pull back the curtain the junta's propaganda mill, demolishing the credibility of MSM stories.

One of the network programs working on this is 60 minutes. No doubt the holdup is making certain they don't get Dan Rathered.

24. We've tried to contact 60 Minutes
no word yet there... My wife Interviewed Don and his computer guru a few years back, and between all of us we can PROVE that the Election was STOLEN by Riley in the dead if night, when ALL election officials, the Media, and witnesses were locked out of the Baldwin County Courthouse, and Riley and his thugs pulled the Primordial Electronic theft of the Election..

They PHYSICALLY Moved 3000 votes from Siegelmans column to Rileys while claiming a lightning strike caused it.. There's only one Problem, there are'nt that many Voters living in that Precinct!! Don explains ALL in this footage and points a finger directly at KKKarl Rove..

If 60 Minutes doesn't pick up on this blockbuster footage they're nuts. And most people are ignoring this THEFT of the Election while they talk about the Jailing, it is ALL connected, Rove pulled it all... WHO do you think KNOWS HOW to Steal an Election? :)

Interestingly enough, I was Jailed MYSELF in that Exact courthouse while filming there from Hawaii, making a film about Electronic Voting and FRAUD.. Took my case all the way to the AL Supreme Court, who refused to hear it, and screwed me.. That's KKKarl Rove's Supreme Court, ya'll :)

Spent 20 days in their GreyBar Hotel, a jail that has been compared to a South African Prison by Congress, itself..

I wonder if we shouldn't contact Dan Abrams, but I worry that his viewership may be too small, though I have to admit, the son of a bitch is all right, he's got guts...

Any ideas here on who's the best to Contact? The Harpers fellow? CBS? ABC? Write a splashy Blog story and run the footage on our site at Takebackthemedia.com? We used to have some clout on the web, but we've been off making films and let the site slide.. But we still want to get the word out, AND Don Siegelman out, dammit, the man was Railroaded, just like I was down there, and a Hell of a nice guy!!

Pray for the guy, he and his family need it..
