On , there was again a commotion... Subsequently on ... Wayne Dumond was seen approaching the apartment of from the rear. When Wayne Dumond became aware that he was being observed, he turned and ran. He was followed home where he was arrested. He now claims that the first assault on was a sex for drugs transaction. If so, he also needs to come up with an explanation for the later two visits."

There's an impact on their lives when the prisoner is released, sometimes concerning fears of retribution by the parolee, other times due to the severity of the crime, which the survivors can know much better than about anyone at that point. Manson cycles through parole hearings every few years, as did Sirhan Sirhan. There are always people speaking in behalf of victims in these hearings. In Arkansas, you get at least a letter. In case of Dumond, the victim met with Huckabee, I believe. Yet he let this guy go. Very strange. It's almost inexplicable. Just being a CYA politician would have stopped this even if you weren't the sharpest tool in the shed. This will go on for a while and then, I'll bet, a lot of really strange things will emerge.

But MSM likes him, for now.

My story, "Mike Huckabee - Minister of Death" was carried on "Southern Baptist News" for five straight days, right on the front page. There were no negative comments, not at all. There were other stories that elicited negative comments on Huckabee. That's very interesting since my title was not exactly low profile. But nada, zip... it just sat there and I suspect got a fairly good # of hits since the main crawl is user rated. So you never know. I see him as more inclined toward the extremes of the conservative/religious element. But that element, like everyone rally, doesn't have a lot of good things to say about anyone who is soft on crime and exposes people to re victimization.

MSM is so stale on this one. They're really holding back. This story has been detailed, in the most recent round of news, since 12/2-3. Then there was another monster he recommended for parole. That guy was on the way out despite protests by everyone including prosecutors. NO MSM.

Then there were the calls by law enforcement and politicians for a moratorium on paroles. NO MSM.

Other than McClathy News, nobody MSMers are doing hard hitting stuff on this.

Now that's the journalistic standard we've come to expect.

10. What a Horrible, Chilling Story

This is just so chilling, scary, what that victim--and others--must have suffered, and then the murders besides; God! Reading the letter on the OP was very disturbing; it is so typical of rapists, the taunts, the stalking, the enjoyment of terrorizing and brutalizing the victim. Very sad, and from what I have learned, victims never get over it, it is psychologically shattering. WHY is this not a story of any importance at all? Why would anybody WORK to get this vicious bastard released, early? This is a haunting story--frightening; thank you for posting this. It is so important and telling, of something really horrible about Huckabee--and totally ignored by ALL the media. Why?

This and other data just as chilling was ALL in the parole board hearing file on Dumond BEFORE Huckabee said he'd ask for a commutation of the sentence and, when that blew up in his face, lobbied for a pardon.

Those who contributed to the hearings on Dumond wanted their names withheld in 2002 when Murray Waas wrote his article and he honored that. There's been a change and the folks are really pissed off.

MSM can't cover this one up. The Kansas City Star is hitting Huckabee hard. One reason for that is the murder victims of this Arkansas native were both living in the KC suburbs.

There's a lot of strange stuff under the rock of the Huckabee political machines.
