Giuliani STILL supports a pre-emptive strike against Iran
Edited on Sun Dec-09-07 10:08 AM by Buzz Clik
Just now on MTP. Despite the facts presented in the NIE and read to him by Russert, Giuliani still suggests that a pre-emptive military strike should be on the table.

He goes on to make the same rationalizations made by BushCo.

3. He suffers from the same level of insecurity that plagues a lot of "empty-sackers"
He feels he must constantly compensate by acting tough, womanizing, pursuing power, etc.

I've never seen him in person, but from the way he talks...

He may be dangling his coin purse, but it's a tad vacant.

9. Prefer Huckabee to Giuliani? Absolutely!
Huckabee's worst trait is his support for an anti-abortion amendment, which he could not create with some bizarre interpretation of executive power.

Giuliani, however, is a somewhat more intelligent version of Bush. We could look forward to the most corrupt administration in the history of the country.

14. Rudy The Walking Contradiction
Here's where having Norman Podhoretz and the other neo-cons hurts Ghouliani where he thinks it'll help him. The people he's trying to appeal to with his "strong against A-rabs" are the same who also hate the brown-skinned "illegals" who Rudy kept in his "sanctuary city". In the Repugnican hive that's one step forward, two back.

It's like Rudy's ham-handed attempts at trying to be a "social conservative" while his past shows him to be anything but. This just shows how void this dude is of any real substance. He's just babbling what others tell him and tries to bullshit voters into thinking he knows what he's really talking about.

15. He is going down in flames. Could not explain his being MIA from Iraq Study Group
or rather, he explained with a bunch of gobbledyguck about what a mistake it would have been b/c he was considering running for pres at the time so it wouldn't have been right for him to be on the Iraq Study Group since it was so political, etc. etc. He kept his mouth running and it showed his whacked out thinking & scrambling to justify his bad decision.

21. What a great guy. He tossed Kerrick under the bus, but...
... in the same breath he paints him as a hero: "We were trapped in a building, and I saw him operate."

Trapped in a building? What does that mean? You were in a hotel room with a bimbo, wife pounding on the door, and Kerrick distracted her?

28. That picture of his former girlfried/now wife walking the dog
certainly looked like she was under all sorts of threats. Who's the sour puss cop behind her looking like he wishes he were anywhere else but there? How soon before we hear from officers as we did from state troopers during clinton. I'm not holding my breath.

32. Rudy is getting his advice from Norm Podhoretz
A neocon lunatic who is so certifiably insane that even Cheney is scared of him, which is why he did not join his fellow PNAC founders in the Chimpministration.

The NIE means nothing to crazy, treasonous bastards like Podhoretz and Daniel Pipes (a genocidal freak also advising Rudy). They consider the very existence of Iran as a "threat" regardless of any lack of military capability.
