A Must-See: Senate Hearings on Credit Cards

Another DUer alerted me that this was available on c-span. For anyone who wants to understand why people are having trouble getting out of debt, I recommend listening to the hearing. Even just listening to Carl Levin in the first half hour is edifying. There are lots of regular people testifying about their own challenges which is very interesting.

I encourage particularly those DUers who deny there is a problem, who believe credit card debt is all about people spending irresponsibly, to listen.
