Just started he'll be talking for 40 Minutes to counter Chimps Smirking Tirade about Congress "Better Act" on all my programs...earlier today where Bush didn't take questions from Press.

I can barely listen to him....dreadful. He was supposed to talk for 40 Minutes according to C-Span and he cut it short. What is wrong with Reid? If you watched it you must wonder what is wrong with him...
