And if the US government did it for me that would be alright too

2. In fact, individuals don't have the right to act on crimes, after the
fact and to pursue justice, at all. That's the right of the People itself, as a singular.

haven't kept that part of their law.

Best an individual can do is civil litigation, and sometimes not even that.
