Giuliani Used His Son Andrew As The Beard So He Could Secretly Boink Nathan in the Hamptons

This must have really screwed up his son Andrew, who won't even speak to him anymore! Please recommend and help DU flesh out the rest of the story here...

The mayor began to spend his weekends—accompanied, as the New York Post reported, by a detail of detectives, which may have cost taxpayers $3,000 a tryst—in Southampton, where Judith owned a condominium. Since he had until then always accounted for his weekends, says the incisive Giuliani biographer Wayne Barrett, "his press office started telling reporters, 'He's teaching Andrew how to play golf.' Now, Andrew's old enough to understand—he has to be aware that his father used him as a beard!"

What do you think of this? Would you do this to your kid? What a cowardly thing to do, besides lying to everyone!

This VERY PUBLIC cross-dresser (SO MANY PICS, maybe someone can post them and links to his appearances on Letterman) gets a FREE PASS AND SUPPORT from those who would CRUCIFY one discovered among them. Divorced Catholic, adulterer, treats his children SHAMEFULLY, Mafia connections, SLIMY criminal behaviour all around, I tell you...

I. JUST. DON'T. GET. IT.

3. Nice Dad, huh.
If he'll screw over his son, he won't hesitate to screw over the country.

Giuliani is unfit to be President, as is pretty much anyone with an (R) after their name.

5. how very prrsidential
So let me get this straight:
He becomes so fiscally reckless as to create a budget deficit in americas largest city, during an economic boom. The deficit was so bad he had to cut city services, and not only was he bilking the NYC taxpayers for his trysts, but he couldn't even man up and admit it, he had to hide behind his son.

One wonders who he pushed under the bus to rescue himself during 9/11?

And yes, that should be the campaign ad against him. Fiscally deficiant, morally deficiant, courage deficient. Rudy for president. :sarcasm:

8. Sweet picture
They have matching lapel pins to remind each other what country they're in.

And maybe Rudy's just paying Lil Andy back for misbehaving during Rudy's swearing-in ceremony all those years ago. Rudy's such a vindictive creep, I don't doubt for a moment that he'd use his son to cover his philandering.

9. VERY misleading subject line. Do you know what a "beard" is?
A beard is a woman used by a gay man to present a heterosexual facade, such as Larry Craig's wife or Laura Bush. My first thought on seeing your subject was, "Crimeny, yet another gay sex scandal? And who is this Nathan fellow?" Then I noticed mention of his son and had to wonder about a guy using his son as a beard. :wtf:

11. I think it means as a "cover"
Rudy's "gay scandal" is that he moved in with a gay couple when his wife booted him out of Gracey mansion

13. Multiple meanings to that. Remember the old film "The Beard"?
The title referred to Woody Allen's character who pretended to be a writer during the 50's blacklisting days (other, real writers who were blacklisted did the writing and Allen's character got the screen credit).

14. That's the most common usage
but I recall that Woody Allen used the term to describe himself in Broadway Danny Rose as only 'the beard' - not her boyfriend - when confronted by gangsters while he escorts Tina (Mia Farrow).

20. Actually, no. It's long been a literary term and the American Heritage Dictionary supports this use.
Thesauruses show it can be used in place of "front."

I consider myself pretty well read but I never knew "beard" was the same as "front".

15. Note the body language in that pic. Ghoul9/11 is apparently looking at someone else.
It appears that they are deliberately avoiding each other's gaze, and they are shaking hands at arm's length.

My read? Ghoul sensed a camera nearby and grabbed Andrew for a ophoto-op. There's just no sincerity there whatsoever, especially in Ghoul's smile.

I'm of course aware that this was a moment, that we don't know what preceded or followed the moment, but this looks very strange and a little disturbing.

to see them all crash and burn, but Ghoul9/11 is so obviously incompetent and fake.

Rudy's coasted along far too long on his utterly FAKE one-trick poniness.

It's pretty sad when your own kids won't bother with you. And we're suppose to allow this asshole to be president? What, if we don't give him what he wants he'll discard us like he did his own children.
