I was checking my site stats to see where my latest hits had come from and, much to my surprise, one originated on that OTHER site...no, not FR, but it's slightly more high-brow cousin. (Slightly).

Our thread about selling our hand-made goods to one another for gifts seems to have tickled their fancy. And, of course, being the creeps that they are, they're making the assumption that we're all unemployed and trying to sell off our "high school shop class" rejects and would be lucky to earn enough money to buy a bag of cheetos.

They call US primitives, believe it or not. That's just too funny for words. Xenophobic, nationalistic, death-penalty cheerleaders, armchair warriors, and fanatical Bushites calling US primitives? The irony is just too huge.

Of course I had a link to my website and a comment about how my books were the kind that freepers would love to hate.

I won't link to their site out of respect. But I had to share the disconnect. I'm just shy of :rofl: Though I probably would be if not for the fact that I hurt my back the other day and would never be able to get back up off the floor.

Ah, if I could just get these losers to start protesting my books... I'd have a best seller in weeks.

I keep telling them and their ilk--they're welcome to purchase and burn as many copies as they like.
