1. Is this where we all are legally required to purchase private insurance?
Because I am REALLY not ok with that.

4. Well, since you ask:
A) I am at work and in and out of my office and up and down from the chair too much to concentrate on any topic for long at the moment.
B) I don't do legal boilerplate. It's gibberish.

I asked a simple question that only requires a yes or no answer. If you have a problem with that I suggest you take a valium.

5. It's Universal Health Care not Medicare
Why do I get the feeling that you dis-like HR676?
Have you seen Sicko? If not please do.
Also check out this very informative book on how the Insurance Industry really works.

And if that doesn't change your mind. I have a very personal experience with that wonderful industry :sarcasm: that almost killed my son and left him crippled for life....but it is a very long story.
