What's important to remember here is Kerik is under indictment for conspiracy, mail fraud, wire fraud and lying to the IRS on Nov 7th. Did he really donate the money? So when Fox says he donated the money consider the source. It is also important to note the nature of the Regan Books and Fox News. This is the same company who was going to publish the O.J. Simpson book paid for by Fox News. Judith Regan was once fired for anti-Semitic comments.
