Homeless man rapes sleepwalker
Homeless man charged with raping college student out walking in her sleep

CINCINNATI (AP) — A homeless man was indicted Tuesday on charges that he raped a college student while she was sleepwalking along a highway near her home.

The woman, a 23-year-old University of Cincinnati student, woke up during the attack and fought back but could not get away, said Hamilton County prosecutor Seth Tieger.

Dexter Ford, 52, was also charged with felonious assault because he knew he was HIV-positive, Tieger told The Cincinnati Enquirer. Police said Ford told them that he is HIV positive, and Hamilton County Municipal Judge Fanon Rucker ordered Ford to be tested for venereal diseases. It wasn't clear if the woman has been tested.

Ford was indicted by a grand jury on two charges of rape, attempted rape, kidnapping and felonious assault. He faces as many as 46 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

11. I shouldn't have to say this, and you shouldn't have to be told this, but...
Yes, both my post and Tularetom's previous post were meant insincerely. It was all in response to the "concern troll" bullshit from the post above.

6. If he's HIV Positive, he should be charged with attempted murder...
then if the victim tests positive for HIV or develops full blown AIDS, the charges should be upgraded to murder, even before she dies. What a piece of shit this scumbag is...

13. I suspect his plea will be that he was probing her for
weapons of mass destruction. You know, he's protecting America and look at the gratitude that he gets. Surely his accusers are soft on terror, whereas the mere thought of weapons of mass destruction makes him go hard.
