The criminal statutes of limitations on crimes such as racketeering could provide an open-government President with significant opportunities to restore faith in the judicial system next term. The defined crimes of racketeering include these. The defined crimes for bribery, graft, and conflicts of interest include these. The defined crimes for counterfeiting and forgery (including of fake financial instruments if you're a BushCo. financial services stooge) include these. The defined crimes for election frauds, intimidations, etc., include these. The defined crimes for obstruction of justice include these. The defined crimes for wiretapping include these. For W to stand for Warrant, though, the next President has to be a true open-government type. - Dave
