That would be SCALIA and THOMAS. "They are a disgrace, not just to the court but to the entire legal profession. Plus two that we don't know how zany they are (the 2 Shrub appointments). One moderate (Rethug) KENNEDY. .... In (Shrub) v. GORE, they committed one of the biggest crimes in American history, when they stopped the recount down in Florida and took the election away from the people and handed the presidency to (Shrub)."
