There are plenty of good Democrats in the red states and sure enough there's no shortage of right-wing zealots in the blue states. For instance, which state has a right-wing Republican governor: Minnesota or Colorado? California or Tennessee?
This false dichotomy has got to go. It's offensive to everybody's intelligence.
