Sending this letter to my congresscritter, together with a copy of Wolf's excelent book

Enclosed you will find a copy of Naomi Wolf’s critical book, The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot. This book is required readying and will explain to you why things like impeachment need to be done. It will also explain to you where we are, which is one step away, one emergency away, from the final closing of this society.

I have watched with care your voting record, and when it comes to defending the Constitution, either the House (or the Senate) are dysfunctional, or complicit. I really do not know what to think any longer. What is for sure is that DC is living in a bubble, and it is high time that the clarion voice of history, and the Founders, is sounded.

I urge you to read this book, and to share it with your colleagues.
I also urge you to realize that you represent us, not lead us, and that over 55% of Americans want these men and women held accountable for their crimes against the Constitution. This is not a role you chose, but you were elected and it is time to fulfill your oath of office. We are expecting more than putting HR 333 in the backburner, to be forgotten.

When history looks back at this era, I can promise you that many currently serving will not be thought off kindly, and it has nothing to do with party.

As a daughter of a holocaust survivor, and a Red Cross Worker, not in the US… but with a national society that actually dealt with refugees, I can tell you this country is no longer free. That will be your legacy unless, in the little time remaining, the House and the Senate finally make a stand. The time for negotiations and playing bipartisan games are now over. In fact, they have been over for over a year. It is time to fight or surrender.
