Two links to release of presidential papers

Here are two links to the release of presidential papers. As I have said before papers cannot be released until 12 years after a president leaves office. And bush's EO said that he has to approve the release even if the ex-president agrees. And in the Common Dreams article President Clinton was angered by the order. He said he wanted any and all of his papers released immediately.
