Seriously DUers have you ever heard any of the following persons
discuss the constitution and Presidential excesses: Tim Russert, Tweety, Fugger, Anderson Cooper, Wolf Blitzer, Pat Buchanan, Andrea Mitchell, Chris Wallace, Brian Williams, any of the Generals. Are there any reasons why they avoid this topic so purposefully?

3. I think that they, like so many,
value their positions---visibility, wealth, prestige---more. Obvious to me.

4. Correct. You get the gold star. If they start asking questions about
off-limit topics, they will find themselves out of work immediately and permanently, and bankrupt PDQ.

6. Yes.
Mr. Matthews has, but should do so more. His discussion with friend Mario Cuomo on this topic was outstanding.

Most of the others: no, of course.

Mr. Buchanan would be a curious person, considering that he still believes that Nixon was "right." That might make a rational discussion on the topic difficult.
