(By my count this happens so regularly that the Dems should be "wise to the game, by now" and NOT EVACUATE! Every time Dems pile out on the street ...I imagine Repug "Computer Hacks" from CIA or Homeland or the other Bush Controlled Spying Agencies coming in and "resetting, washing and destroying" whatever measly stuff our Dems have managed to come up with. BUT...this has been a HISTORY there on Capitol Hill since Bushies came into Power! First the Anthrax and then it was having "fire alarms, bomb alerts and whatever" to get everyone to Evacuate both House and Senate Office Buildings! And...we already know that our Dems (out of power..allowed a "Hack In" to their SHARED with REPUG Computers just before the '04 Election! How much more of this Shite will our Dems keep putting up with? Leahy's Committee hearings and witnesses and leads...HACKED? (Should we be that Paranoid?...)

Senate buildings evacuated
By Alexander Bolton
October 31, 2007
The Senate Hart and Dirksen Office Buildings were evacuated shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

There are at least four fire trucks and an ambulance at the scene as hundreds of aides left the buildings. Senate staffers told The Hill that this was not a planned drill, though it is unclear why fire and rescue personnel were called.

“Evacuating hart & dirksen due to confirmed fire & audible alarm. Fire near sh-b01,” U.S. Capitol Police spokeswoman Sergeant Kimberly Schneider, said in an e-mail.
