She was not saying she agreed with Spitzer...she was simply saying she understood why he wants to issue the licenses...in order to find out who is in New York....to get the illegal immigrants to come out of the shadows...

6. This has been my problem with her from the get-go

Hillary wants to have it both ways. She wants to straddle the line so as not to alienate any voter, and to avoid answering any question she chooses.
I'm glad Edwards and Obama called her on it. She could have extracted herself a bit by clarifying her position (or even having one), instead she scowled and lost her composure.
